Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed and resalable condition with tags attached without body order or fragrance within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return and receive a return label, please email 1god.first.always1@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Email Address
  • Return Option
    • Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
    • Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice of equal or lesser value.
    • Store Credit: Valid for 30 days

 The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will process your return, store credit, or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the items to us and we are responsible for covering the shipping costs of the new product to you.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If it is determined that God First Always Inc. (GFA), failed to accurately fulfill your order as purchased or an item is defective, you must contact us within 5 days of the item being delivered to be eligible for a refund or exchange. In this instance, GFA will cover the shipping and postage costs for the returned item. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition. Upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and negate the inaccurate order if it is not in the original condition at the time of return.  In the event the clothing is not in the original condition, the exchange will be denied and the item(s) will be returned at the owner’s expense.


Shipping

Please allow up to 7 business days processing time for all orders. This is in addition to shipping time. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail to the continental United States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time to receive items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. No international shipping is available at this time. Once payment is received and cleared, you will receive email confirmation and a subsequent email when your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the USPS postal system. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, once the order is submitted it cannot be changed.

GFA is not liable for any shipping address issues which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information when placing and submitting the order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are unable to make any changes.

GFA is not responsible for items lost through shipment. Once your item has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for additional updates regarding delivery.
