Due to the COVID 19 pandemic and for the safety of our customers, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, if it is determined that God First Always Inc. (GFA), failed to accurately fulfill your order as purchased, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for an EXCHANGE. In this instance, GFA will cover the shipping and postage costs for the returned item. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original unused, unworn and unwashed condition. Upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and negate the inaccurate order if it is not in the original condition at the time of return. In the event the clothing is not in the original condition, the exchange will be denied and the item(s) will be returned at the owner’s expense.
Please allow up to 7 business days processing time for all orders. This is in addition to shipping time. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail to the continental United States and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional time to receive items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. No international shipping is available at this time. Once payment is received and cleared, you will receive email confirmation and a subsequent email when your order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to appear in the USPS postal system. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct, once the order is submitted it cannot be changed.
God First Always is not responsible for items lost through shipment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, many shipping carriers are experiencing major delays. Once your item has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for additional updates regarding delivery.
